Ateul Richard Dawkins a avut de patimit din cauza autorului turc. Acesta l-a atacat in trecut si a criticat scrierile sale. De asemenea, autorul turc a reusit interzicerea cartii lui Dawkins "The God delusion" in Turcia.
Richard Dawkins e cel ce scrie despre The Atlas of creation: "reviewed the book (later translated into Turkish) noting that it contains a number of factual errors, such as the misidentification of a sea snake as an eel (one is a reptile the other a fish) and in two places uses images of fishing-lures copied from the internet instead of actual species. A number of other modern species are mislabelled."
Autorul turc nic macar nu e un om de stiinta, a facut doar o facultate. Cartea lui ar fi fost in mod normal privita cu indiferenta, dar se pare ca evolutionistii au simtit nevoia sa scrie cate ceva, Dawkins a tinut chiar o conferinta, probabil s-au simtit amenintati chiar si de o carte a cuiva care nu e om de stiinta.
New York Times a scris depre carte: “Atlas of Creation” is according the New York Times "probably the largest and most beautiful creationist challenge yet to Darwin’s theory."
